Account Setup Process

1. Download the app

Click here to download the app and we will automatically determine the correct version for your device. Or click on the Apple App Store icon below or click on the Google Play icon for Android devices.

        



2. Create an account

Open the app, and enter your mobile phone number to register. A security code is sent to your mobile phone and must be used to activate your account. 


3. Set up your profile

To get started, you must setup your profile and payment method. Tap the icon from the top left corner of the screen. Use Profile, Addresses and Payments to setup your default settings.


4. Setup your Address

The pickup location will automatically be set to your current location, Tap "Current Location" to edit the pickup location. You may use the search option or use the Saved Addresses. Use the 'Addresses' option from main menu to setup your specific addresses such as Home, Office, etc. You can click on the Ashford Cleaners name and read the customer's review, ratings, pickup/delivery hours, prices etc.

How to schedule Pickup

  1. Tap the  icon located in the top right corner. 
  2. Tap the "PICKUP DATE" option and select a date.
  3. Tap the "PICKUP TIME" and select an available time. If the 'Now' option is available, the Pickup time would be auto selected within the ETA period.
  4. Enter any special request and tap 'Request Pickup' to initiate the request. 
  5. Once your pickup request is accepted, you will receive a push notification confirming the request.

How to cancel your pickup request

  1. Tap the icon from the top left corner.
  2. Select 'Pickup Requests'.
  3. Select the pickup request you wish to cancel and tap to display its details.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the request and tap 'Delete Request' to cancel the request.

Walk-in drop off and pickup process

Walk-in option to drop off your laundry or pickup at the store without waiting in line.

How to use Walk-in Drop off feature

  1. Tap the icon from the top right corner.
  2. Select the 'Drop Off' option, located at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap the Drop Off Date, and select a date (usually Today). You may not be able to select a date, if the store is closed. 
  4. Tap the Drop Off Time (usually Now)
  5. Enter Total garments being dropped; if you are unsure about the quantity, enter 0.
  6. Enter any special requests that you may have.
  7. Tap 'Drop Off' to complete the drop off. 

How to use Walk-in Pickup feature

  1. Tap themceclip4.png icon from the top right corner.
  2. Select the 'Pick Up' option, located at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap the Pick Up Date, and select a date (usually Today). You may not be able to select a date, if store is closed. 
  4. Tap the Pickup Time (usually Now).
  5. All due and ready invoices show up.
  6. Tap the selection option to select invoices.  
  7. To see the details of the invoice, swap an invoice to the left, and tap 'Detail'.
  8. Select Checkout option to make a payment and check out order.
  9. Once the payment is successful, the store will be notified immediately to prepare your order for pickup. 
  10. Walk-in to the store and avoid the line up to pickup your order.
