Over the counter customers may choose to pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or by cheque. All pick-up customers will be sent a monthly statement after which we can automatically charge a credit card on file, you may send a cheque, call us with your credit card number, or come to our location to pay. Your billing information will reside on secured server, and will only be used for future transactions with ashfordcleaners.com.

Place a completed Special Care Form with your cleaners. This form alerts us of any garments requiring special care, whether it’s to change your starch preference or to inform of us a needed alteration or repair. We will gladly address this need when picking up your items.

We are a locally owned business, and we perform all the services locally in your community. Our main plant is located at 535 Eglinton Ave West in Toronto.

If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please contact us at (416) 322-3127 or through our website soon as possible. If it is determined that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, Ashford will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
